We accept payments by cash, check, money order, Visa, or MasterCard.
A $15.90 non-refundable registration fee (includes the Idaho State Facility Sales & Use Tax) is required per student upon enrollment along with the completion of the signed registration and release form. The annual fee covers June-May; if you paid the $5.30 Summer Reg. Fee, deduct this from the annual fee of $15.90.
Tuition payments are due the first lesson of each month, and are considered late if not received by the 15th of each month.
Payments can be left in the tuition drop slot in the lobby at Pat Harris School of Dance or in the locked mailbox on the wall at Broadway Dance Center. If paying in cash, you must have a receipt written to ensure the office gets a copy and it gets posted to your account. You may also mail in payment to: Pat Harris School of Dance; 1225 McKinney; Boise, ID 83704; do not mail to the Broadway location! If you would like, we can set up an automatic payment with a debit/credit card on the 5th of every month. If interested, please ask the office for the form.
Accounts will automatically be charged a $10.00 late/processing fee if payment is not received by the 15th.
All checks returned "insufficient funds" will incur a $20.00 fee.
We do not mail out monthly bills, but if you have provided us with an e-mail address, the office will send a payment reminder on the 5th of each month. We will also e-mail payment receipts after each payment is made.
Tuition rates stay the same each month regardless of the number of classes per month. By the end of the year, each class will have averaged four classes/monthly payment. Talk to your teacher about make-up classes.
A $30 Costume Deposit per student is due by October 31st. The costume is used for the spring recital and various programs throughout the year. The $30 deposit will go towards the final amount, and will not cover the entire cost of the costume(s) ordered. Students taking multiple classes may order more than one costume. You will be notified of the remaining amount owed for any costumes after Winter Break, and the remaining fees will be due by February 15th.
We offer fundraising opportunities throughout the year. Earnings can be used for tuition, costume costs, merchandise in Maysco Dance Supply, or just cash back to you.
