Classes are held on all other Monday holidays and schools' Teacher in-service days
Annual Dance Recital- June 2, 2018 Timberline High School Auditorium. Tickets $5-$8 per person (excludes student)
Fees are paid on a monthly basis (September-May). Classes are not prorated. Some months are shorter or longer and balance out throughout the dance session year. Tuition & the annual registration fee of $25.00 are due at the time of registration. If you have a coupon, promotion, or discount please write information or code in note field when registering. Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and no later than the 8th. Payments made after the 10th will incur a $10.00 late charge. You can pay your account online or set up CC auto pay, or mail it to the main office (PH), or bring it into the studio. We have a tuition drop box in both locations for your convenience. Tuition is charged the same price monthly September-May regardless of unattended classes or holiday breaks. There is a $25.00 charge on all returned checks.
All students participating in the Annual Dance Recital will need costumes. The cost per class is $60.00 for Child sizes and $70.00 for Adult sizes.
Fall enrollment- The first deposit of $30.00 is due with your second months tuition. The 2nd payment $30.00-$40.00 is due November 30, 2016.
Please let the office know if you are unable to participate in the annual recital upon enrollment. All Costume deposits are non-refundable.
Adding or Dropping a Class
In the interest of keeping tuition accounts up-to-date and accurate, students who wish to add/drop a class from which they are registered must fill a "Class withdrawal/Class Addition Form, in the office" or parents will be responsible for full tuition payments.
Attending class regularly is pertinent to the growth and development of a dancer. All students are expected to attend class promptly and on a regular basis. To prevent injuries, students that arrive more than 10 minutes late will have to warm up on the side of the class before participating. We do understand that some situations cannot be avoided. If you know your child is going to be absent or late, please call or let us know.
No foods, drinks, gum or street shoes allowed in the studio rooms! Water bottles are allowed. Please do not disrupt the class with chatting. Respect your teachers, others, and their feelings. Inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated. Positive attitudes are much more productive. Smile, listen and have fun!
Classes with less than 4 students enrolled may be subject to cancellation or transferred to another class. Classes with more than 15 students are subject to being split into 2 classes. We will contact you to discuss your options on all class changes.
Parents are allowed to observe classes periodically starting in November. Observation of classes is not encouraged because of unnecessary distractions during vital learning time. We ask parents to observe classes from the waiting room viewing windows. Please respect the instructors and other students by not entering the studio room during class. Our instructors will be happy to answer questions before and after classes in the waiting room. Feel free to speak with the office if you have an immediate question. Please contact our office if a family member is visiting from out of town that would like to observe.
All students must wear appropriate dance attire and shoes while in each class. Please refer to our "Dress Code" page for specific attire/shoes/hair for each class.
We offer fundraising opportunities throughout the year. Earnings can be used for tuition, costume costs, dance class supplies in the Maysco dance store, or you can donate it to the scholarship fund to help children that can otherwise not afford to dance. Fundraiser money cannot be cashed out. All unclaimed funds after 18 months will automatically be transferred to the student scholarship fund.
Students who miss a class will have an opportunity to make it up with a similar class. Please check with the office to determine the best makeup class for your child. Tuition does not change in the event of missed classes or Holiday breaks.
Parents must notify the Director and the teachers regarding children who require an inhaler or other medications during their time at the Studio. Please inform us if your child has special needs. All information about our students is kept confidential.
Weather Snow Closure
The Studio’s will close classes in accordance with Boise Schools. Please visit our website, Facebook page, or call our phone messaging system for up-to-date information concerning studio closings. The Director will make a decision on studio closings by 2:00pm and an e-mail will be sent to your family account.

For dancing supplies, we recommend THE DANCE SHOPPE. They carry quality dance supplies at discount prices & offer additional discounts for our students.
